SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service

Power Washing Services, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the brand Hood Tech International, offers a text-messaging program to keep customers informed about their kitchen exhaust and related services. By providing your mobile number to us and consenting as described below, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Messages you may receive
- Appointment & service reminders — including recurring, code-driven cleaning cycles.
- Service confirmations & crew updates — scheduling confirmations, “on the way,” and job-complete notices.
- Quotes, estimates & invoices — pricing, estimates, and billing notifications.
- Promotional offers — occasional service specials and promotions, sent only to customers who have expressly agreed to receive them.
How you opt in
You provide your consent to receive text messages from us when you give us your mobile number while booking or requesting service with our team, or when you text our number first. Promotional messages are sent only where you have given express consent to receive marketing texts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and service schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan; please contact your carrier for details.
Opting out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send any further messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers & changes

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our scheduling/CRM and messaging providers — and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
